Our service department has over 130 years combined experience. This coupled with modern diagnostic tools gives us the ability to diagnose and repair both late (newer) and early (older) vehicles. We offer a drop box if you are unable to leave your vehicle during normal business hours. We also have our own towing service for the Austin area. Our waiting room provides our customers with an internet equipped computer, as well as a Wi-Fi connection, if you prefer to bring your own. We also have cable TV and of course the requisite large selection of random magazines.

*In the transition to create a more substantial service to our customers VeeDub is making a number of changes to its normal operations. This includes staff and equipment upgrades to ensure the quality of service continues to improve. In light of these improvements it has occurred to us that our per hour labor fee has not changed since the mid to late 90’s. The to update Service Department will be changing its labor charge to $85 dollars per hour, starting May 17th. With this adjustment we also will be extending our warranty for labor on 1993 and up vehicles to 12 months or 12,000 miles**. Whichever comes first, naturally.

**This warranty extension applies to 1993 and up year models only. The current 6 month/6000 mile warranty holds true for pre-1993 models. In our experience, as cars get older they generally start to experience multiple issues which may contribute to singular symptoms. As well, parts become more scarce and their quality varies, making it a little more difficult to guarantee a longer workable lifespan. For that reason, we’re keeping the current 6 month/6000 mile warranty intact. With that aside, we are still extremely confident that our service and knowledge will satisfy you and your vehicle for years to come!
